Hi there, I've seen that people have had success running the game on Crossover, which is fantastic! But.. I was wondering as to how I can get S.T.A.L.K.E.R running in a window please?
I'm using Crossover Games 7.2 and I'm on an iMac 2.16GHz Core 2 Duo w/ 256MB Geforce 7600GT
If the game has a setting for that, use it. It should work. You may have to restart the game after changing the settings because MacOS can't switch title bars on and off on an existing Window. Windows can, so it fails with games that change the title bar without recreating the Window.
Otherwise, open the bottle manager and run Winecfg. On the Graphics tab enable the virtual desktop emulation.
