Could not download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (9.0) Redistributable installer

Good day,
I received the following error today when doing a new install. Same error for Battle Net. You need to upgrade to Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (10.0) for the game to work. Scripts might need to be updated on CodeWeavers side. Looks like M$ removed the download links and announced they would in 2018.

HTTP error 404: The file 'http://crossover.codeweavers.com/redirect/msvcp90/en' could not be found.
