Is there any way to get the games that Steam installs to show up under programs in CrossOver? That way they could be launched directly either directly through the shortcut or through Launchpad.
Yes, it seems that since Steam doesn't send the signal(s) Crossover looks for to add things to the menu list, you need to refresh your menu listings in the bottle manager. This is actually quite easy.
To get to the appropriate panel:
Open "Manage Bottles"
Go to the "Control Panel" tab
Click "Edit Menus"
To refresh the menus to the ones listed inside the bottle:
Click "Recreate"
To select which menu items to show:
Select and/or Deselect the appropriate menu boxes
Hit Apply
Finally:
If the menus do not update on your OS's desktop side immediately or on logout/login, go ahead and force refresh refresh them per your system-specific instructions.
