CS Error relate to NvOpenGL.dll

i just bought my new video card ( Geforce 6600 GT. OC ) . i reformat my computer completely. and reinstall steam, video card driver and everything properly. after i go into the game in openGL mode . it jump to desktop and show the error msg says some problem with nvopengl.dll . other error has to do with kernel.dll ( not sure how to spell it right ).

can anyone help me solve this problem ?
