Steam friends

Hello i just got a bug on the friends list
when I 1st open Steam every thing works but it takes 10 to 30 mins for the friends list to work
this is what it says
(No network connection could be made to the Steam Servers. Steam will automatically retry connection
until the Servers becomes available) it not a big bug but I cant talk to any one.

now it work it just comes back
it dose it at any time in game or out. Steam still browsing the Web.

Steam servers actually went down... so, not a CXG bug. ;)
