I was able to install the game without problems. After I selected an Area and clicked Choose button, it continued to the Login screen. Even with the game being Activated under my account and with the correct username and password, I was not able to login. I kept receiving the error message of wrong password or account.
There were some issues about this from the ToF forums saying that they weren't able to login and got the same message. Some said to reset the password or use VPN.
I tried running the game in Parallels and my account worked and was able to play.
I contacted Live Support and the representative told me that my account won't work because I am using Mac OSX.
So for now, I will rank it to "Known to almost work" err... "Known not to work." :P

We're rebels. We're misfits. But mostly, we're software liberators. And we're very, very good at what we do. We have to be. Lots of developers work with open source, but only a tiny fraction of those are good enough to get software that was designed for one platform to work on another one. We invented CrossOver software - a unique approach to cross-platform compatibility that does not require dual-boot or another OS license. We launched PortJump to help app and game developers broaden their market beyond Windows® users. And we launched ExecMode to help organizations solve really ugly technical challenges.
