Do you have performance issues all the time or just when changing biomes and the background changes too?

I never had performance issues with terraria before upgrading to crossover 13. I did a clean install so there wasn't supposed to be any trouble. But the performance issues mostly arose in big worlds, but I had a bit lower FPS in smaller worlds aswell. But the fix, made it just like crossover 12, no problems at all.
I'll have a look at this. The performance enhanced graphics shouldn't cause a slowdown. It's quite possible that there are still some bugs left though.
