Currently tested on a Radeon X1600 MacBook Pro with 10.6.4.
The game runs and installs just fine, but the Co8 mod pack installer and the Patch 2 installer don't work - they both seem to throw up an error saying that they can't find the proper file "ToEE - Any". Upon first installation, launching the game didn't work either (there was an error message saying that Windows wasn't configured to open the file). Renaming the main .exe from ToEE3.exe to ToEE.exe (taken on advice from the GOG forums) and back seemed to fix it.
The flickering lights issue persists with CXG 9.2, but the movies seem to work fine, however they're shown off-centre due to some resolution switching bug.
All in all, it works fine - almost fine enough to earn a Gold rating, but these issues may be show-stoppers for some.
