Unable to Save Changes

TreePad Business 8.1 using CrossOver 11.0.2 on OS X 10.6.8, doesn't allow changes to be saved to TPB files.

Anyone heard of any plans to address this application's issues?

Check where the program saves the files and see if you have the permission to write there. I can't reproduce this with CrossOver 13.1.2. Download the trial and see if it fixes the problem for you.
