I'm having weird problems while playing online.
It seems to crash every few games.
Anyone know how to fix this or is this just Crossover/DOW that's causing the crashes

Haven't experienced this.
When it crashes, is Crossover still running?
Yes it is running but instead of Mac OSX in the background of steam GUI it's all black
That suggests that the game put CrossOver into full-screen mode but then crashed. Press Command-Option-R to get CrossOver out of full-screen mode. That's the keyboard shortcut for the Window > Restore Display menu item.
