The 3D Setup utility won't launch at all, and the main executable launches then quits with the error "Unload the debugger and try again." This is both before and after updating with the latest patch (v 1.2.4). If a No-CD patch is applied, the main exe fails to launch, with no error message of any kind, just like the 3D Setup utility. I tried installing in Win98, Win2000, and WinXP bottles, all with the same results. Also tried updating DirectX, with no noticeable effect.
