I have downloaded the game and it shuts down by itself when I try to start the client so I can start downloading the game.
I don't know why it dose that and I'm wondering if anyone esle have had this problem and if so how did you solve it?

The same thing is happening to me when I upgraded to Ubuntu 17.04. Will be going back to 16.04 LTS since it was working fine then.

There are a number of steps under the "tips & tricks" section, for example, enabling logging sometimes helps the game start.
Have you tried any of these suggestions?
