Sorry to take a random assumption, I don't have a Mac to test these instructions on at the moment. These instructions are valid for Linux (and either identical or very similar for Mac).
Extract the zip contents to $HOME/.cxoffice/default/drive_c/Program Files/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns
Notes:
(1) replace .cxoffice with .cxgames if you are running CrossOver Games instead of CrossOver Office.
(2) replace default with the name of the bottle that contains your World of Warcraft installation.
(3) replace drive_c/Program Files/World of Warcraft with the installation path to World of Warcraft (if you changed it from the default location during installation.)
(4) some addon archives are not formatted the same. If there is an instruction type file in the archive, I highly recommend reading it.
That's a good start, but some addons are more complicated to use than others. These directions are a general idea on how to extract files into your Windows bottle.

On a Mac, the bottles are in:
(your home folder)/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles
or
(your home folder)/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles
So, the full path might be the following if you're using CrossOver Games and named your bottle "WoW":
(your home folder)/Library/Application Support/CrossOver Games/Bottles/WoW/drive_c/Program Files/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns
