WoW runs super slow...

I'm using a fresh install of Ubuntu 7.04 Fiesty and using the latest version of crossover. Both WoW and BC install perfectly, but when i start WoW up its so freaking slow. Any ideas on how to speed it up?

I'm using a Intel P4 2.66, 1GB of RAM, Ati Radeon 9600 and have the ATI linux drivers installed.

I'm having the same problem AMD XP1900, 512RAM GForce FX5200 PCI with the standard Nvidia glx installed. WOW installed no problem, but it runs so slow you can't play the game. Help any one.
