Prince of Persia is a completely new chapter in the franchise, with a different story than the previous installments, as well as a new graphic style and gameplay elements. The game, set in ancient Persia, thrusts the Prince into a mythical realm where an ancient civilization guards the imprisoned evil god Ahriman. When Ahriman is suddenly set free, it is up to the Prince and his companion Elika to heal the Fertile Grounds around the world of Corruption and trap Ahriman once and for all.
