A remake of the first ever game in the Japanese life and raising simulation Princess Maker series, the player takes the role of a retired hero in a medieval town, who has taken in a war orphan, Maria, as his daughter. The player must then decide on how to raise her, assigning her schedule every three weeks and deciding on what tasks she should do, such as going to school, working at a part time job, participating in contests, or going adventuring outside of town. Depending on how she is treated, her personality and skills will change. The game end when she turns 18, with 74 different endings, and has enhanced graphics and voice acting compared to the original version.
