If you install Evernote (4.5) in it's own bottle you may notice that you cannot open MS Office documents. In order to do this, you need to install Evernote in the same bottle as Office (in my case I have office 2007).
NOTE: This of course assumes you are using MS Office and have the files associated with MS Office. I have not tested this with native applications (like LibreOffice).
This tip applies to Crossover 11 for Linux.
UPDATE: Since Crossover 12, it seems this is NOT Necessary anymore. Previously in 11, there were issues opening office documents installed in a separate bottle.
This is good news as I am told that the developers recommend creating a separate bottle for each application. So, unless you are using Crossover 11, do not use the tip mentioned above.
