Set OffscreenRenderingMode to fbo (create string value HKCU\Software\Wine\AppDefaults\Gothic3.exe\Direct3D\OffscreenRenderingMode and set it to "fbo")
Apply community patch 1.6 or 1.5.2 (this will fix some bugs and game will no longer need a DVD)
set DistanceLow to 0 in game
