I am using a standalone copy of OneNote. It did not come in a suite and it is not the Home/Student version. Here's how I got it to install:
When Crossover gives you a list of supported software, use the Microsoft Office 2007 option. Then run the installer from the disc like normal and it will do its thing.
*Note: The Pen/handwriting is not working right now. It will complain about not being Windows XP Tablet PC sp2.
