Desktop Search

Desktop Search does not work in Crossover - furthermore, its installation will create problems. When you are prompted to install it, choose not to.


If you have installed Desktop Search and it is causing instability, close Outlook and then head to Crossover Manage Bottles menu. Select the Outlook 2007 bottle, and then go to Applications. Highlight Windows Search 4.0, click "Repair/Uninstall",  and follow the prompts. This should put Outlook back in working order.
