The movies show only a blank screen, though the sound plays. You can find them in Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition/movies and view them with the Bink Player for Mac OS X. The movies that it plays on startup are AtariLogo.bik, WOTCLogo.bik, BiowareLogo.bik, fge_logo_black.bik, and NWNintro.bik.
