When Rhino starts it pauses with the splash screen displayed for several seconds with no CPU activity. This greatly reduces application loading speed. After several seconds the splash screen shifts to the right and loading finishes quickly. This was initially seen in 3.x, was fixed in Crossover 4.x, and is now a problem again in 5.x, but rather than no CPU activity, the CPU is under heavy load, and the splash screen no longer "shifts to the right." This is fixed in 6.x
