How to run on CX 8.0

This was tested with the Steam version of the game but it's quite likely the retail version will operate with a similar setup. The game on windows is known to be buggy so be prepared for the occasional crash. 

1) Install MSXML 3.0 (Or just install Steam and automatically get this)
2) Install the game
3) Edit "drive_c/users/crossover/My Documents/My Games/sid meier's railroads/Settings.ini"
* Set VBlankSynch to 0
* Set WindowHeight to 1024
* Set WindowWidth to 768
* Set FullScreen =0
4) Launch the game likely you'll want to lower the graphics settings as the game is a bit of a resource hog

If the above doesn't work you can try to install DX9 but you shouldn't need it.
