When playing this game before, I would get some graphics errors such as vehicles/people only partially showing up. I found that going to the in-game graphics settings and changing the Renderer option to "Software" and restarting seems to fix the issue. Please note that after you restart, the vehicles/people may not appear at first, but should show up once in-game time is passing (that is, I had it paused at first, but after I unpaused it the people and cars were showing up).
