Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy Tips

To run out of the box

I am one of the unfortunate people who have a good nvidia card and it seems that the game cant handle a good card, messes with the buffers.

So after a normal installation to get the game to run i needed to work from the terminal.

/home/dablackfox/.cxgames/WindowsXP/drive_c/Program Files/LucasArts/Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy/GameData | __GL_ExtensionStringVersion=17700 /opt/cxgames/bin/wine jasp.exe -opengl

that is the code that i used to get it to work flawlessly.

EDIT

this only works if you have steam installed in your default bottle
