UT2004 Direct3D Projectors Rendering Bug

When using Direct3D with the "Projectors" option enabled, there is a rendering issue on all projector based shadows including decals.  The issue causes a comb effect to occur while the shadow is in view causing parts or all of the shadows to disappear and reappear.

Workaround: Disable the "Projectors" option from within Settings > Display.
