Announcing the CrossOver on Chrome OS Beta

Announcing the CrossOver on Chrome OS Beta

Hello all,

I am delighted to announce that CodeWeavers has just released
CrossOver on Chrome OS for Intel Chromebooks. CrossOver on Chrome OS
is now live and available to the public on Google Play.

CrossOver on Chrome OS runs an enormous variety of Windows
applications. You can install applications from the same vast
compatibility database which we have built for years in CrossOver on
other platforms. CrossOver on Chrome OS integrates your Windows
applications with the native Chrome OS desktop. For users in the
enterprise, CrossOver Chrome OS also includes tools to integrate with
the Google Admin Console. CrossOver on Chrome OS helps enterprise
customers manage deployment of Windows applications to Chromebooks.

We are releasing CrossOver on Chrome OS as a beta at this time. This
means we know that, being on a new platform, there will be rough edges
and areas where we need to improve. CrossOver on Chrome OS is also
available today as a one-year free trial. During this period,
CrossOver on Chrome OS can be used free of charge and with no
restrictions in functionality.

CrossOver on Chrome OS brings CrossOver to our first entirely new
platform in many years, and we are very proud to offer it to you. We
hope you enjoy using CrossOver on your Chromebook. If you have
questions or feedback, please email to
let us know.

We extend thanks to all of our customers for their continued support
of CrossOver. We could not continue improving the product and
introducing new offerings without you. We hope you enjoy CrossOver on
Chrome OS!
