I'm working off of a fresh reinstall of crossover games and I cannot install Baldur's Gate 2 or any other software. I believe this problem lies in my inability to create bottles. When I attempt to create bottles I get the following message.

I also get a mysterious textbox when I attempt to use the ticket system. This prevents me from submitting a support request.
