Support reduced?

Hi, I've been using CXgames for a couple of years now. I've always renewed my copy of crossover around this time. I am delighted to find this birthday special and I would like to thank you guys for it!

However I have noticed the support period for crossover games has been reduced... its only 6 months now.
Also the crossover bundle I've just bought only has 6 months support as well.

I've bought the bundle to extend my support period and access to upgrades for crossover games, it appears the codeweavers store does not recognise that intention.

I've checked the support extension page and I can purchase a support extension to cxgames for $39.95 for another 12 months.

Which is far cheaper for me than to buy a support extension for the crossover bundle which only gives me a 6 month option.

Basically what I am trying to say is,

I am disappointed that the support length for cxgames has been reduced,

I am glad that I am able to buy a support extension which will continue to last 12 months instead of 6.

Have I essentially wasted money on the bundle purchase now?

It sucks when a company changes it's prices, but businesses have to now and again, even if the business knows it's going to impact the customer. The one thing I've seen over and over again with Codeweavers is that when they do make those changes and people get stuck somewhere in the middle, or didn't get what they wanted-expected-needed they've always gone above and beyond in fixing it. In the past I've sent a nicely worded email to sales or info @codeweavers.com explaining the concern and they've fixed me right up on more than one occasion. I've been buying CrossOver since 1.x when they had an Office and Plugin version and have gone thru several product/price realignments during that time and have always been treated very fairly (more than fair on a few occasions). So shoot them an email and I think you'll be very happy. You're not the first and only person to express concerns, so if they get enough feedback, they may make changes more in-line with your expectations.

I received a nice reply from codeweavers today explaining the situation. They have done more than I expected and exceeded my expectations. So I would like to say thanks.

I was only looking to get a refund on my bundle purchase. Instead they have applied the bundle as an extension to my current CXgames support.

I am going to buy crossover professional when my current support expires.
