I've looked in the Runtime Components to see if I could install some nVidia drivers to increase the capability of Star Trek Online, but nothing shows for installing video drivers.

How can I install Windows nVidia Drivers to help improve the games graphics capabilities?

If so, there are no proprietary nvidia drivers for the
Mac to speak of - we have to use what's provided by Apple.

ps: the exception here are the nvidia 'CUDA' drivers, but

Okay, perhaps I wasn't clear enough.

I'm using CrossOver Games. I'm trying to play a Windows game via CrossOver Games. I'm not trying to install a Mac driver, I'm trying to install a Windows driver for the Windows game to use.

I've done this on Boot Camp in Windows XP. It helps with the game a lot, improving speed and graphics quality.

How can I install a Windows XP video driver into the bottle for my game?

No, you were clear enough - same answer ; you can't.

In the case you describe (running bootcamp) you are using a
'real' Windows kernel/OS layout, and you can install Windows
video drivers in that situation - you can't in crossover/wine.
