Wining through an External FAT32 Partition!

Hi, I want to know, have anyone tried to access files through an FAT32 partition. Since NTFS-3G driver has problem with mounting NTFS partition, which caused a user to have no permission to access files in an NTFS Partition, I want to know are there any problem using programs from an FAT32 partition.

P.S:
The NTFS permission problem can be solved by upgrading kernel to 2.26 or higher...but I have an outdated xandros. So I'll have to use an alternate way.
