A little dissappointed.

I have had no luck getting any of my games to run. I have looked on the forums and I've done what is suggested but still no luck. I tried Medal of Honor Allied Assault using the C4P file and it starts to load and then hangs. I tried Freedom Fighters which has a gold medal and it loads but it's super fast and the graphics keep blowing out to white so I can't see anything. I have the orange box but now steam runs on mac so I don't need to use Crossover for that. I'm a little hesitant to buy any of the other listed games in fear that I won't be able to get them to work either. Can anyone point me to some general settings that I might be missing or something I'm doing wrong? I'd love to get these working. I could always go to boot camp but I love the idea of Crossover. Thanks for your time.

Sorry forgot to mention.

Hi,

I would hypothesize that it's your X1600 videocard giving you all
the grief here. Typically speaking...and this varies from game to
game....you need to add some registry setting to the (a) bottle to
make things work. Just recently a user with a X1600 & I crossed swords
to try and get GRID running -- eventually the user won, so perhaps
that thread may be instructional for to help you as well?...see;

If the rapidshare link I hoisted is dead, just let me know and I'll
upload it again...

Hope this helps...

Cheers!
