Okay so when i go to play half life two deathmatch, it lags really badly and it doesn't start up sometimes. here is a video of how it lags and doesnt start up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sdfINoEvQ4 i dont know why i tried defragging the game and verifying the game chache but that didnt work. i also removed the option in the adavanced options. can someone help me?

Okay so I fixed it enough to make the game playable, but now im getting fps ranging from 40-200. this is weird lol.
