Hello everyone!
I had an idea the other when trying to get Battlefield Play4free working Crossover Games: would it be possible to get Even Balance to certify the necessary DLLs in Crossover Games? This would mean cooperation between Codeweavers and Even Balance. The DLLs in Crossover Games do not change too often so at least in my opinion it would be a possibility.
It, unfortunately, is not possible. The Punkbuster developer has specifically stated that he will not be willing to cooperate with WineDB/The Wine Project in allowing the Windows version of Punkbuster to function properly under wine. That also means that The Wine Project has to try on their own. Of course, wine is seen as a debugger, which automatically causes Punkbuster not to function.
