Hello.

I'm posting this to see if anyone else has experienced any recent issues with Guild Wars running in Crossover Games.

I've had no issues for quite some time, in fact, the new builds of CX Games have been great.

Recently, I've found that trying to exit Gadd's Encampment via the portal locks up everything, GuildWars, CX Games and my computer. The only way I can exit is from a hard boot. I haven't changed any hardware or even software, other than Guild Wars updates.

I've uninstalled CX Games and Guild Wars, in case there was a file corruption that was causing the issue, but it's still happening.

I'm going to do some more troubleshooting and see if the lockups happen when exiting into other areas of the game. I was getting frustrated with having to hard boot all the time, so I took a break for a few days.

Is it possible a recent GW update has changed something enough to cause this kind of a crash? Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Don is correct that you'd probably see more traffic in the Guild Wars forums, but I just checked this for you and I have no problems leaving Gadd's Encampment through the portal so I don't think its any of the recent updates as GW forces you to download them before you can even the game unless it interacts different with hardware.

I test it on my MAC OS X 10.6.2 and a MacBook Pro.
