So when browsing the Steam window about news and games, if you use your mouse wheel or drag the slider on the right to scroll down, it bounces back to the top. Ultimately not allowing you to see what's further down in the unseen regions.
This seems like a minor annoyance and hopefully can be fixed? I am using the latest Xover as well.

It seems it isn't a minor annoyance after all, both in using Steam and in fixing the problem...
