Well, i don't know if this problem in the Beta just shows up with Guild Wars but its nearly not playable like this. Will this problem be solved with the official release of version 8?

We saw this glitch on only one of our machines (A Fedora 11 box) during testing for Games 8.0, affecting only 1 npc character. The screenshot you show looks like a more intense manifestation of the problem. Games 8.0 was just released today, can you grab a trial and see if the "streamers" are still there on the characters? Or if so, if they've been reduced in any way?
If you're still seeing the same thing, please send in a ticket to info@codeweavers.com and include information about your Operating System, graphics card, graphics drivers (if using Linux), etc.
Looks like enabling GLSL will work around the problem (at least in our testing).

Well, do I have to reinstall CrossOver? Atm I've just the Beta. And if so, do I have to reintall Guild Wars or can I just leave the Guild Wars folder in User/Programms?
