Steam won't move past the "Steam - updating - 0% complete" window.
Before it was the "logging in 'my account'" window.
Never seen this before. Anyone have the same issue?

Usually when this happens the Steam servers have problems, and it helps to wait a day or so. If it doesn't go away, reinstalling Steam in a new bottle can help.
