My laptop works in dual boot with windows and Linux. Before installing linux and crossover I installed a game on windows (red alert 3).
I would not like to reinstall it on linux. Is it possible to use it from linux?
If I try to "run a windows command" i receive the message that there are no buttle, but I can't create buttles without installing a software (at least it seem like that to me).
You can - make a new bottle, copy the install dir from the
windows drive to the new bottle on the linux side, then
you will need to setup a launcher/menu item to actually
start/run the game - sometimes it works, sometimes it
doesn't...(depends on the game itself)
Thanks for the answer but there's no button like "new buttle" in the buttle manager.
How do I create a new buttle?
(I'm using crossover 8)
