I was wondering if someone knew how to adjust an existing shortcut...
For example, I have a shortcut to Guild Wars - instead of creating a whole new shortcut, I'd like to add the -image option to current one, but I'm not sure how to do that.

Personally, I'd just create a new shortcut using Crossover's Programs->Run Command function. Select the appropriate bottle, browse to the gw.exe file therein, add -image to the end of the command string, and then save that command to your programs menu. You should be able to launch with that command from your Crossover Programs menu from now on.
