CrossOver Support - Community Forums

Hi all, I know the new patch just came out today, but I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it improved support for anything or if possibly we'll need a new compiled version of COG?

I am using 10.5.7 now and Crossover and Crossover games seem to work as they would normally, no issues. You're safe to upgrade.

Actually, I was hoping that maybe the opengl implementation had been updated / fixed =)

When I originally posted, I hadn't had time to get the patch yet, and did get the patch yesterday and tried it at about 3pm - I was hoping also it might solve my odd graphic anomalies with sacred that don't show up on my system with the gma950 (my main box is a mac pro w/ 8800gt; apple had mentioned in the release notes about fixing some issues with nvidia drivers and although I doubted it would affect me, I had hopes), but it didn't.

Plus they didn't really describe how they were changing X11 in the release notes, so I had hopes for a new / better implementation of opengl - guess we'll just have to wait for snowleopard.

Can the other Sarah posting here, please register for your own account. I have no idea why you are using mine, but I keep getting emails about it.

It must just be my game then... I updated 10.5.5 to 10.5.7 and now mouse up's inside of Majesty are happening 20-30 pixels above where the mouse downs happen. I checked the update, and Apple changed a whole bunch of stuff, including mouse drivers, but I guess if its just my game there's something else up as well...
