CrossOver Games shot down after Mountain Lion installed!

Hello!
CrossOver Games I own and I've installed yesterday Mountain Lion.
After installation, CrossOver Games has said it lacks X11. I then installed it on the CD.
When I run CrossOver Games now, it always terminates itself! A window opens with the title "shutdown" and it closes the whole. Although I can not choose Abort, the window opens but then again ...
Does anyone help, how do I get the whole run?
Bye Stefan

Hi there,

Only Crossover 11.2.x works in Mountain Lion- see here for full details:
http://www.codeweavers.com/products/faq/requirements/

Crossover Games is now bundled with Crossover, they are now one product.
So you need to buy the newest version of Crossover to use it on Mountain Lion.

Hope I helped!
Alex

Thanks for the reply. I still wonder about this:
1) Do I have to first delete the old version?
2) Do I have to make everything new (The installation of the game), and I find it all again?
Thank you for answers ever
Bye Stefan

1) and 2)- No you don't have to, although you can if you want ;)

(see here for the official guide:

Basically, you can leave it as it is right now and install Crossover 11.2.
Then when you run that, there is a wizard which will migrate your Crossover Games bottles (installations) into Crossover 11.2
Once that's done you can uninstall Crossover Games:

Warning- read the whole page first before you start to remove things!!

Then you should be ready to go!

It's no problem, here to help
Alex

..great it´s run 😊
