When upgrading from CrossOver Linux 10.x Pro to Crossover 11 my Office 2003 bottle was not updated properly. When starting the bottle manager it would hang forever. To get it working again, I had to kill the processes listed below, but now all my start menu links are gone:

6286 ? D 0:07 /usr/bin/perl /opt/cxoffice/bin/cxmenu --scope private --removeall --install --sync --mode install
6547 ? S 0:00 /usr/bin/perl /opt/cxoffice/bin/cxbottle --bottle Microsoft Office 2003 --status --scope private
Is there any way to recreate the start menu links without reinstall the bottle?
