"Out of disk space" while enough space :-)

Dear,

I've tried to install TI-Nspire(TM) Student Software (CAS v3.0). I've installed from /media/TINSpireStudent.

The setup screens show up good (unless when losing focus turning black). However when choosing the location (which I left default being "C:\Program Files\TI Education") and pressing "Next" a window pop-ups (see attached image): Titled "TI-Nspire Student Software" with the message "Out of disk space". The highlighted volumes do not have enough disk space available for the selecterd features. The installation requires at least 714.65Mb, please select other location".

To be clear: there is enough space on my physical drive (40GB). The window looks like a Java-style messagebox. Probably the 'available virtual bottle space (or how should I call it?)' is not correctly detected by the TI-Nspire program.

Hope you can help me out so I can run it under Ubuntu?

If you have more questions, feel free to ask!

I am using Ubuntu 11.04 and installed the Crossover 10 demo.

Thank you

This appears to be a known issue in Wine (being the open-source "sister" of Crossover):

I don't think you're going to get this running in Crossover, I'm sorry to say :/

Thank you for the reply.

It's a pity.

I will add my test data 😊 Hope it can help the developers.

Try installing into an XP bottle instead of a Win 98 or 2000 bottle. It's something about the size of the drive.
