How would I install Xact and Xinput in CrossOver?

Hi there!

I am using CrossOver 12.5.1 on Ubuntu 13.10 64bit. I am trying to figure out how to install Xact and XInput for my CrossOver bottle, which will be running the Lost Planet 2 benchmark.

In PlayOnLinux, I am able to get it running (albeit buggily) by installing Xact and Xinput into that wine prefix.

Is it possible to also install Xact and Xinput in CrossOver? What Microsoft package would it be included under?

Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter :)

DirectX - Modern should do the job.

Thank you!

That did the trick. Now I'm able to run Lost Planet 2 benchmark in CrossOver. It's much better than normal Wine, but still pretty buggy (black textures, missing lighting). For some reason it thinks my Intel i7-4770 CPU is an Intel Pentium 4 hahaha.

Thanks for help!
