Can you tell me the error(s) you get when it fails to install?
Here are some things you can try:
-Create a new WinXP Bottle
-Install Internet Explorer 10
-Install .NET Framework 4
-Then install the program you are having trouble with
See if this works. Not everything will work in CrossOver but there is so much that will.
