Hi,
I´m running Versions as mentioned in the title on Opensuse 12.3 x64 with Gnome 3.8 . Drag & Drop of images works perfect in Powerpoint. But if I drag & drop an image on the Word window the Fileconverter of office appears and asks me for the right codepage and tries to import plaintext which is not really what I want ...
Any Ideas ?

That is indeed an issue. You can "File a Ticket" on that issue if you like.
The work-around for this is to click "Insert" on the ribbon then "Picture" where you would have to browse to the location of the file that the image you want to add resides.
If you are moving pictures from PowerPoint to Word, you can Ctrl+C (copy) Ctrl+V (paste) into Word. That does work without any issues.
I do not know of any other work-around on this. This is also something that may get cleaned up in time.
