I just purchased Crossover Pro 9.0.1 because I saw a post saying that ticket number 797854 had been fixed with the .0.1 update. Sadly the new version does not work any better than the previous one and now I am out the purchase price. Also, when I try to get information on that ticket I now get an access denied popup. What's up with that? Arrrgggg. Not feeling very good as a new paying customer. Any suggestions on opening large excel files?
Edit: Here is the search result that I cannot access:

Seems that ticket is marked private or such ; I can't see the
particulars of it either...this is normal for some tickets, the
original submitter (cited above) probably only has access to that
ticket....however....these forums are the 'unofficial' support
channels, and as a paying customer you are entitled to 'official'
support for your purchase....
Best idea here, is to either submit a support ticket via the ticket system;
..or else email info@codeweavers.com describing your problem, and be
sure to mention it would seem related to ticket_id 797854 and they,
our Mighty Ninjas, might add your report to that ticket.
Hi, I have the same problem.
Using Windows the Excel file extends perfectly, however, the file stalls when using Linux Crossover. It gets to line 2500 then fails.
In Linux using OpenOffice Spreadsheet going beyond line 2500 makes the file crash.
Looks like I will be stuck with using Windows for this file.
Cheers
