Crossover doesn't currently create menus properly in the XFCE menu system. Your best bet is to create your own menu items, or to use the command line for everything, a-la
$ ~/cxoffice/bin/cxinstaller (Install Software)
$ ~/cxoffice/bin/cxsetup (manage bottles)
$ ~/cxoffice/bin/cxrun (run command)
You can use Run Command to create launcher items for installed apps on your Desktop or in the "other" category in XFCE's applications menu. Select your bottle, browse to and select the .exe launcher file, and then go to Create Launcher. Use "Desktop" for a desktop launcher, or "start menu" for the XFCE applications menu. The "Other" category won't be very organized using this method, but you'll at least have launchers.
