MIME type associations not always working in 7.0.2

Launching office applications by clicking on attachments in Lotus Notes 8.0.1 does not always work. Sometimes the right application start, sometime not. Same issue occurs in Gnome Commander where MIME types are missing - it is not possible to adjust them using Gnome Commander. All other associations are also lost for file types managed by Crossover. For example, if I deinstall Crossover, .xls are associated with OOCalc and Notes Symphony, after installing Crossover and making Excel default handler for opening .xls all associations are lost. I did not have the same problem with 7.0.0.

System: Ubuntu 8.0.4 with all required updates, 32 bit.
Bottle: Win2000 with Office 2003 and XP with Office 2007

Would you be willing to open a support ticket so that we can look into these issues further and track them?

Thank you.
